▼弊社では、ここ1ヶ月くらい、まめ（学生スタッフ）を増粒（増員）してきたのだが、ようやく目処がついたので、今日は皆で集まってランチをした。
こういう風に、仲間が増えていくことは、とても嬉しい。
事業の理念や目的うんぬんを抜きにしても、単純に、これだけで十分、事業を続け、発展させていくための動機付けになり得る。
これからももっと、もっともっと、たくさんの素敵な仲間を増やしていきたいと思う。
